Interviews can be daunting for anyone but we work with you to build your confidence whether that’s using mock interview techniques or providing competency based questions to practice with.

We deliver detailed insight into the interview process and client requirements to fully prepare you for your interview.

4: Interview Feedback

Interviews are a two-way street and feedback from both sides is equally important. Following your interview, we will schedule an interview de-brief to understand your thoughts on the job opportunity and the people you met. It’s important to us that we understand how you want to proceed with the process.
We aim to provide feedback from the Client and arrange any next steps as soon as possible. There will be occasions where a Client doesn’t want to proceed but we aim to give you transparent and constructive feedback.

5: Offer Management

Your salary expectations and overall package will be communicated to the client during the initial introduction. We continually check expectations throughout so the offer process runs as smoothly as possible.
