FULLY OUTSOURCED PARTNERSHIP
Our Fully Outsourced Partnership is suitable for clients with no current HR presence and provides access to a personal HR Partner who will get to know your business culture and current HR requirements with a view to providing a full HR service both on site and over the telephone. This includes the provision of all necessary HR processes, procedures and documentation needed to ensure legal compliance and effective employee management.
We realise that many clients may already have their HR policies & procedures in hand and may just require specific advice or assistance on an ad-hoc basis. Therefore, Jackson Hogg can also offer our clients the option of a flexible monthly service, whereby we will provide assistance with a range of different HR matters, including compliance with current legislation and HR best practice.
Jackson Hogg HR Partnership services can also be provided through project-based work in order to fulfil short-term business requirements.
