I am currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join a growing first-class consultancy service.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating by telephone with tenants, surveyors, firms of solicitors and other agencies
  • Arranging inspections
  • Diary Management
  • Updating Case Management System
  • ad hoc administrative duties

Person Specification

  • Strong administration and customer service background
  • Committed and enthusiastic
  • IT skills including Microsoft, Excel
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork
  • Time management
  • Good attention to detail
  • Initiative

Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm
  • Friday: 9am – 3:30pm
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays
