My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our IT team. The IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions, with a specific focus on our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering and analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
- Analyse and evaluate existing business processes related to customer relationship management and propose improvements and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories specific to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Solution design and evaluation:
- Work closely with the IT team to design and evaluate Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that align with business needs and objectives.
- Participate in system design activities, providing insights into configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting third-party extensions or vendors to enhance the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Business process improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the context of customer relationship management, leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Recommend and implement changes to enhance CRM-related operational efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Facilitate process mapping and reengineering efforts to optimize customer-centric business processes using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- User acceptance testing and training:
- Create test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts to validate Microsoft Dynamics CRM system functionalities.
- Conduct user acceptance testing specifically focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and are user-friendly.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions specific to Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality and features.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Proficiency in process mapping techniques.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its modules, customisation, configuration, and integration capabilities. (Desirable).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile Development & Azure DevOps experience (desirable)
