Job Title: Document Technician
Jackson Hogg are looking to recruit a Document Technician for a manufacturing company based in Gateshead.
The main duties of the Document Technician
- Coordinating receipt of internal and external documentation required to meet customer quality requirements
- Reviewing vendor documentation to ensure compliance with the required specifications
- Production of accurate documentation packs to support on time delivery of customer products
- Management of queries ensuring timely resolution
- Supporting customers and third party inspectors whilst they are on site and remotely

To be successful in this Documentation Technician role you will:
- Have experience in evaluating technical quality documentation
- Ideally have a background in engineering or manufacturing
- Be proactive and highly organised, able to work independently
- Have a customer focus and a right first-time mentality
- Be professional and confident with a desire to learn
- Be proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
