Head of Sales – Hybrid – £150K OTE
Jackson Hogg are pleased to be working with a private equity backed Fintech company, in their search for a UK Head of Sales. This role will be based in Newcastle with hybrid flexible working.
The organisation is looking for a motivated and capable individual looking to drive change in a rapidly growing area of the business. There is an opportunity for this person to establish themselves within the Private Equity space, and to become a leader of the organisation as the Group grows over the coming years.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies with the CSO to develop new business, and cross sell into the existing business client base
- Report on the performance against target for the UK sales team
- Prepare forecasts and KPI reports for the Board
- Support sales people with contract negotiation and closure as well as personally contribute on strategic deals.
- Manage a team of direct report including planning, training.
- Work collaboratively with other teams across the Group including Marketing and Development to develop lead strategies.
Experience:
- Proven track record as a sales person and ability to manage a performing sale steam
- Extensive knowledge of sales process, skills, principles, and practices
- Comfortable with data and metrics
- Proven ability to influence across teams
- Strong leadership and team building skills
