I am looking for a HR Administrator to join a fast paced and growing company!

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with general HR queries from the HR Admin shared inbox, telephone and in person.
  • Liaising with the Group HR Assistants on receipt of new starter documentation for the creation of contracts
  • Supporting HR team with recruitment administration including posting adverts internally and externally, collating and distributing CV’s and arranging interviews and testing
  • Process various management reports for starters, leavers establishment list, absence reports, total hours worked and ad hoc report requests
  • Looking after administrative processes following the full employer life cycle
  • Other ad hoc duties depending on business needs

Person Specification

  • Strong administrative background working in busy environments (HR experience desirable not essential)
  • Positive attitude
  • Good attention to detail
  • Motivated by a challenge
  • Can work on own initiative
  • Computer literate
  • Willingness to learn

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm (flexible hours available)
  • 35 hours per week
  • Hybrid

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £25,380.00 per year
