Role: IT Technician 
Location: Stockton-On-Tees

Working hours: Flexible working arrangements between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.  Core hours are 09:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 15:30. (This team typically works 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm)

Working model: Hybrid working, 1 days remote and 4 days in the office. To be on-site whilst learning and in training.

Role:

  • You will be reporting to the IT Service Desk & CEM Lead 

  • This will include management of local vendors relating to the support of the IT functions examples would include

  • Additionally, there is an expectation that you would need to travel to other site locations (within the UK) to support the Team Leader where required.

  • This would be required approximately 2 to 3 times a month and a company van will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • You will participate in the day to day operations and support of the IT Services.

  • You will deliver a differentiated service as a Deskside Support technician

  • You will act as the main contact between the site and the wider IT organisation (with support from the Team Leader),

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership for Service Requests and Incidents

  • A significant part of this role is that of deskside and remote IT support; with responsibility for the resolution of incidents and completion of service requests in a timely manner and within agreed service levels.
