We are currently looking to appoint a resourceful, proactive, and conscientious Business Development Manager to contribute the activity of the commercial team and continued company growth. We are looking for applicants with a proven record of success and a desire to develop. The position would particularly suit an early career professional with a robust understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and strong commercial capabilities, B2B sales experience in a similar technical role would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and new business development to grow company revenue
- Support the implementation and roll out of new business development initiatives
- Support preparation for international conferences
- Client relationship management
- Commercial analysis in support of new product opportunities
- Licensing activities linked to progressing Crystec’s in-house pipeline of products
- Responsibilities as delegated by the Business Development Director
Person Specification
- Pharmaceutical knowledge or similar, a graduate within this field will be considered
- Can use own initiative
- Organised, self-motivated, and has exceptional attention to detail.
- Warm and outgoing personality, with excellent relationship-building skills
- A positive ‘can do’ approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Hours of Work
- May have to be flexible due to speaking to clients in different time zones
- Hybrid working

Salary: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
