Jackson Hogg are delighted to support our client an innovative Workforce Engagement Platform in their search for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their dynamic team and accelerate their growth.  

This is a home-based role within the UK.  As an SDR, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and convert leads.  This is a vital role in introducing the platform to target prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients
  • Self-generating leads through cold calling, social media, and networking
  • Collaborate with Marketing to understand prospects' potential requirements and create value 
  • Utilize our tech stack to hit core KPIs and targets
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all activities, conversions, and communications within Hubspot (CRM)
  • Stay informed about our software, customer base, operating markets, industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings
To be successful:
  • Previous experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, or a related role in SaaS/Software
  • Strong CRM usage skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced self starter organisation and willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
  • Persuasive and proactive, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a KPI & Target driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Tenacity towards outbound prospecting and cold calling
