Jackson Hogg are delighted to support our client a leading supplier in Managed Services. Due to their continued expansion, they are looking for a self-motivated and proactive Senior Account Manager to join their Account Management team.
The Role
As Senior Account Manager, you will manage and maintain relationships with existing clients by operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to them. Including the planning and managing of the successful delivery of client projects according to their needs and objectives.
You will be supporting the growth and development of your accounts through the provision of excellent customer relations, generation of sales and record keeping.

Key responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with Account Management Procedure
- Plan, manage and sign off projects delivered for your client base
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

What you need to succeed
- Must have excellent, proven IT background for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider
- Must have a strong understanding of technologies
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Experience in proposal/bid/tender writing
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload and manage multiple processes
