The main responsibilities of the role include deputising for the Financial Services Team Leader and managing the processing of all financial transactions. This includes ensuring that supplier invoices, company and colleague expenses are processed, recorded, paid and controlled accurately and timely, as well as performing bank reconciliation’s and producing daily cash flow management information. The role also includes the responsibility of producing and annotating Debtors & Creditors reports.
We are looking for an excellent candidate with a range of transactional experience working in a busy finance department. We expect candidates to be proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, in particular strong Excel skills, and ideally with some experience of purchase ordering systems, processes, and policies. Relevant accounting qualifications would be ideal, or someone who can display great knowledge and skills through experience.
