They are looking to appoint a Technical Bid Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the tendering and sales processes. The focus of the role is to ensure tenders are prepared and submitted in a compliant format.
The role
o Issue tender and co-ordinate activities with the internal team
o Ensure tenders produced are of high quality
o Maintain the customer database
o working in conjunction with the internal teams to ensure tender deadlines and criteria are met.
o Manage the internal CRM system
o Ensures that the contents of the contract/tender are in line with current business policies
Skills:
o At least 3 years’ experience of a similar role
o Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment preferred
o Experienced in producing Technical Tender submissions
o Knowledge of using customer tender portals.
o Project management
o Effective written and presentation skills communication
o Proficient in Microsoft tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc
