Jackson Hogg are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading Estates Management organisation to recruit an Administrator/PA. This is a permanent, office based role, located in Ponteland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the business managing administrative tasks, supporting the senior leadership team and creating new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Review all ISO documents and maintain appropriate records to ensure continued compliance
- Administration support to include such things as arranging travel and hotel bookings, compiling relevant documentation for meetings
- Assisting with financial data management including managing Invoices, scanning documentation and data input
- Provide a range of administration support for tasks and projects as directed by the Office Manager and Management Team
