An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bids and Marketing Administrator to join a dynamic Marketing team for one of our professional services clients. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive administrative support for a range of marketing activities and ensuring efficient collaboration across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate tender kick-off and progress meetings involving multiple contributors.
- Prepare meeting agendas and action notes.
- Collate and edit various inputs to create polished tender responses.
- Submit tenders as required and manage timelines for responses.
- Liaise with fee earners to provide key tender updates and client management reporting.
- Update CRM and BD+ systems with tender information and monitor tender portals.
- Share feedback across teams and maintain the bid library.
- Format bid and pitch documents and update systems with essential tender data.
Key Attributes/Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Confident and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
- Eager to learn and develop professionally.
- Previous experience in a busy marketing department is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate peak periods in tender production.
