Commercial Sales Analyst
Hours – Monday to Friday (36 hours)
Job Purpose - You will be integral to the business, providing analysis and insights to drive sales performance and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for analysing sales data, identifying trends and developing actionable recommendations to enhance sales strategies and support business growth across Global regions.

You will be responsible for analysing sales data, identifying trends and developing actionable recommendations to enhance sales strategies and support business growth across Global regions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and sales teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
- Management of pricing file along with volume forecasting system (AGR).
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse competitor activities, pricing strategies and market positioning to inform our sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set realistic sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Analyse customer data to identify key segments, preferences and buying patterns.
- Provide recommendations for targeted marketing and sales efforts based on customer insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Support the execution of sales initiatives and campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide analytical support to sales team to help them achieve their targets.
Experienced Required
- Working experience as a Commercial analyst, in a fast-paced, developing, global organisation.
- Experience in developing insights to develop G2M plans.
- Strong commercial acumen; including responsibility for defining product pricing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of Business Central and Power BI would be an advantage.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to clearly present the facts and interpret data incisively.
- Excellent communicator with both written and verbal .
- Strong influencer – persuasive skills to help facilitate projects in a timely manner with minimal setbacks.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility at all levels – both internally and externally.
