Management skills are hard to learn, and even harder to teach. Traditional management trajectories involve many years of mediocre management whilst learning the ropes, resulting in unsupported teams and sub-optimal performance. In addition, many new managers have nowhere non-judgemental to turn when they encounter problems.
Our Future Leader Peer Groups are led by expert coaches who have all been trained in peer group facilitation. The groups follow a flexible curriculum that is guided by the wants and needs of the participants and centred around the core principle of collaborative problem-solving. By creating a safe space for open discussion, participants are encouraged to listen, be vulnerable, contribute and find creative solutions to the challenges they’ve been facing.
