Jackson Hogg Talent Partnerships are all about providing your business with the resource to manage recruitment, improve time to hire, improve quality of hire and reduce recruitment cost.

With a dedicated Talent Partner or team of Talent Partners alleviating your recruitment headache, our Talent Partnership offers complete scalability, facilitates growth, and encompasses all of the essential functions necessary for recruitment.

Our Talent Partners can help with admin, direct hiring, onboarding and management of the recruitment process, suppliers and agencies, all while being data-driven to give you the management information you need to make informed decisions.

As an integrated member of your team, our Talent Partners work closely with your hiring managers, on-site or remotely, fully adopting your brand identity, from email signatures to branded job ads. 

Our Talent Partners start with a full audit of your recruitment process, offering suggestions and making changes to improve the candidate experience and attract more candidates overall. Talent Partners also manage Jackson Hogg recruiters, 3rd-party agencies as well as filling roles themselves.
