Are you an experienced Electrical Manager ready to take full ownership of a growing department? This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new client of Jackson Hogg and play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and leading an electrical division with true autonomy.
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of management experience who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same, someone equally comfortable leading people, improving processes, winning work, estimating projects, and still being hands-on when required.
If you want progression, the freedom to make an impact, and the chance to build something meaningful, this role offers exactly that.

- Manage the full electrical compliance programme and associated improvement works
- Get involved in estimating when needed, using systems such as SAGE, Eque2, or similar
- Identify new business opportunities and bring existing customer contacts where possible
- Monitor budgets, costs, and department financial performance
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience within electrical contracting, maintenance, or compliance
