EMEA Financial Controller

We’re supporting a growing, international business following a recent acquisition in their search for an EMEA Finance Manager / Financial Controller.

This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to bring finance in-house, build capability, and support integration into a wider global group.

You’ll work closely with senior international stakeholders, owning the end-to-end finance function locally while supporting reporting, controls, and process improvement across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of month-end, reporting, and forecasting
• Lead the transition from outsourced finance to in-house
• Support integration into group reporting structures
• Drive process improvement and strengthen financial controls
• Business partner with operational and international stakeholders
• Oversee statutory, audit, and compliance requirements

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience in a multinational or group environment
• Strong technical accounting and reporting knowledge
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, evolving environment
• Able to balance delivery, improvement, and stakeholder management
