We are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to cover Ireland to assist in the installation and maintenance of large, complex robotic drug storage systems and assisting operating staff with day to day queries and fault diagnosis either remotely or on site.
Main responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with the project and installation teams to deliver projects to agreed project plan deadlines.

Undertake commissioning of new customer sites.

Communicate and coordinate with other onsite trades / workers.

Establish and maintain good customer business relationships and provide customer training.

Performing administrative duties including expenses and online training and accurately maintaining company records and customer reports.

Able to trouble shoot and take ownership of complex issues, to determine root cause and implement resolution.

On site service repairs completed to a high-quality standard, first time, in a professional manner.

Proactive attitude with own training, customer and department needs.
-
On-site or remote fault diagnosis, complete onsite planned preventative maintenance to a schedule.

Achieve individual and team target goals.

Ordering and maintaining a stock holding of parts.

Adhering to health and safety requirements.
-
Work away from home when required, to assist installations, commissions, attend training, meetings or covering out of area service breakdowns.

On-call evening and weekend working will be required on a rota basis.
About you:
-
Achieved a minimum level 6 Mechanical / Electrical engineering qualification or similar subject.

Several years experience in electro-mechanical systems fault diagnosis, repair, servicing, and installation or similar.

Excellent customer skills and be able to set and manage customer expectations face to face, via telephone /via Microsoft teams meetings and in writing.

Excellent time management skills, ability to arrange your own diary and priorities your appointments.

Strong communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels.

Able to work as part of a team and independently.
