Pricing Manager

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a leading professional services organisation with the appointment of a Pricing Manager to join their high-performing Commercial Finance function.

This is an opportunity to join a business where pricing is viewed as a strategic commercial tool rather than simply an analytical exercise. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you'll provide pricing insight, commercial challenge and financial modelling support to influence key business decisions and drive profitability.

We're looking to speak with candidates who have a genuine pricing background, where pricing has been a core part of their role, rather than an additional responsibility within a wider finance position.

The Role

• Lead pricing activities across a range of commercial opportunities, proposals and client engagements
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support pricing decisions and profitability analysis
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and challenge
• Translate complex financial analysis into clear, practical recommendations for non-finance audiences
• Support wider commercial finance initiatives focused on pricing strategy, profitability and business performance
• Analyse market trends, commercial performance and pricing effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to the ongoing development of pricing tools, processes and best practice

About You

• A minimum of 3 years' pricing experience where pricing has been a core responsibility
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance data-driven analysis with practical business recommendations
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior decision-makers
• Experience within professional services or another commercially complex environment would be advantageous
