Bethany joined the HR Partnership team at Jackson Hogg in 2025, bringing HR experience from both public and private sectors. She began her career in the NHS, where she developed strong stakeholder engagement skills and handled complex employee relations cases while driving departmental efficiencies. She has since worked in SME engineering businesses and the Motor Industry. Bethany is passionate about creating a positive employee lifecycle to support business growth and profit, with a strong focus on early HR intervention and effective project management. In her spare time, Bethany enjoys crafting and spending time with her golden retriever, who demands plenty of attention.
