Louise leads Jackson Hogg’s regional operations south of Teesside, bringing nearly 15 years of experience partnering with Engineering and Manufacturing businesses across the UK. She is passionate about helping organisations and individuals progress, combining deep sector knowledge with a genuine drive to connect people, solve problems and build long-term relationships. Known for her energy and personable approach, Louise thrives on making a meaningful impact for her clients, candidates and colleagues. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, whether training for a half marathon or Hyrox, alongside spending time with family, friends and her Cockapoo, Dexter, exploring new places, live music and the occasional great restaurant (and glass of wine), always with a focus on balance and enjoying the experience.
