Clean energy without limits

The organisation’s headcount plan was ambitious, and required an expanded recruitment capability to deliver it, but with varying recruitment volumes throughout the year, they needed a flexible solution. Geopura considered hiring an in-house recruiter, but the niche roles they were looking to fill, combined with the variability of their recruitment requirements and limited employer brand within the market meant that this solution wasn’t viable. They also considered expanding their use of recruitment agencies, but the unpredictable costs involved in this were difficult to align with their plans.

Geopura’s growth was starting to acceleratein 2022, but that came with its own problems

By placing one of our talent partners on-site, on a scalable basis from two to five days per week, we were able to optimise their recruitment process from start to finish and help them achieve their headcount plan. Our process started with an in-depth audit of their recruitment process, from job specification writing and job board usage analysis to interview technique and offer management. From there we took detailed briefs of the roles on offer and got to work sourcing candidates directly through our talent partner, with assistance from our wider, specialist recruitment team, and created a preferred supplierlist for the specialist roles we didn’t have the expertise to fill ourselves.

To assist Geopura in their ambitious growthjourney, Jackson Hogg proposed our flagshipTalent Partnership service.

Our talent partner assisted in creating an apprenticeship scheme to foster new talent, and by optimising the recruitment process and controlling all activities centrally, time to offer was reduced by 22%. This all allowed Geopurato achieve their headcount plans, continue their growth journey and focus on their innovative technologies rather than recruitment. Due to the success of their first 12 months, Geoupura extended their contract by a further 12 months.

Through 12 months of Talent Partnership,Geopura hired 25 people, 92% of whom weresourced either directly or by Jackson Hogg.

We are looking for somebody with production and material planning experience, with full visibility of the end to end planning process and lots of interaction other departments, this role would suit a strong communicator with a strong understanding of MRP (ideally SAP) ane experience within a high volume and fast paced manufacturing environment.
The Person:
&bull; Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. &bull; Must be able to work on own initiative or part of a team. &bull; Confident in gathering data and analysing&nbsp;any problems, and coming up with solutions.&nbsp; &bull; Be able to work to tight/changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;

MRP Planner 

Are you a Project Co-ordinator looking for a new challenge? Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a client based in Middlesbrough with the appointment of a Project Co-ordinator within an engineering environment. 

We are looking for somebody who has the confidence to deal with customers directly, monitor various projects at any time and provide updates to all stakeholders. 

You will have attention to detail, be friendly and confident in your role and aspire to progress. The client will provide training and develop to eventually develop into a Project Management position. 

Experience with NOI&apos;s (Notification of Inspections) is desirable, and excel knowledge is essential.

Project Co-ordinator 

Are you a Produciton Planner looking for a new challenge? Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a client based in Newcastle with the appointment of a Production Planning Co-ordinator, working within an automotive environment.

We are looking for somebody who is naturally organised, enjoys managing different stakeholders and has covered both production planning and customer relationship management. 
 
You will have experience using SAP and excel, and be able to deliver projects on time and suggest new ways of working.

 
Responsibilities include:

	<li>Deliver and maintain the project plan, focusing on operational plans ensuring materials are available and collaboarting with the production team.

Production Planning Co-ordinator 

We are looking for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to join a great business in Blyth. The Payroll Administrator role ensures the timely and accurate recording and processing of all salary and wages payments in the group in compliance with all relevant government regulations. Additionally, the administrator manages the submission and administration of pensions commitments.

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>To ensure timely payment of all salary and wages across three entities in the Group.
	<li>Record and review all timesheet information for hourly paid colleagues in each of the two training entities, including resolution of any timesheet queries.
	<li>Ensure appropriate deductions are applied based on communication with HMRC or other government institution.
	<li>Maintain up-to-date details for all colleagues including appropriate salary, tax code and account information.
	<li>Preparation and submission of monthly information to the Aviva pension platform.
	<li>Preparation of salary and wages journals as part of the monthly financial reporting process.
	<li>Work with HR department to ensure alignment on cross-department procedures.
	<li>Other ad-hoc process of transactional task as required to ensure compliance with all statutory rules and regulations.

This role will take responsibility of 4 European Entities and and you will also have responsibility for a team of people. This role requires a deep understanding of financial accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively. 
 
Duties and responsibilities:
<ul>
	<li>Preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in-line with reporting deadlines, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
	<li>Conducting variance analysis to identify trends, highlight areas of concern, and provide recommendations for improvement.
	<li>Financial controls and improvements. Reviewing all financial processes and ensuring they are fit for purpose, including maintaining process flow maps for all financial processes.
	<li>Be the main point of contact in the coordination of internal and external audits for the European entities.
	<li>Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans, supporting the achievement of organisational goals.
	<li>Supporting senior management in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Strategic Account Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely payment from customers, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities: 
- Chase outstanding debts via phone, email, and letter

 Credit Controller 

We are delighted to be exclusively recruiting an HR Administrator for an established Engineering client based on the outskirts of Newcastle. This is a newly created, permanent role and a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and engaging business and HR function.

Reporting into the Head of HR, you'll be responsible for over 170 people across two UK offices. You'll get involved with processing HR paperwork, supporting with onboarding and offboarding, responding to staff queries, managing visa and sponsorship documentation, managing the HR system and looking after internal comms and correspondence.

The HR Administrator role would be ideal for a HR professional who is in the early stages of their career and looking for an opportunity to develop and enhance their skill set, whilst working in a very supportive environment.

Ideally you'll have:
