Jon Carlile

Jon Carlile joined Jackson Hogg in January 2020 and heads up our Executive Search function. Typically, he represents our clients in finding exceptional C-Level, MD and board-level talent, as well as working with executives to support them in their careers and ensure that they are well-informed and wel-positioned in the market. Jon is fascinated by people, which is handy given his role. He invests his time in listening and learning about others, before advising and advocating for them. He's less comfortable talking about himself, mainly because he's not particularly interesting (or so he says). Outside of work, Jon is a proud husband and father, a junior rugby coach, a 6am gym go-er, a very occasional actor on the stage and an even less frequent frontman in a band.
