    The Talent Partnership model has been developed for companies that are likely to hire 10 people or more over a 12-month period. With this minimum volume we can ensure improvements are made through dedicated resource and our tried and tested systems and processes.

Our growth’s happening on both sides of the Atlantic, so we have been working with Jackson Hogg on a basis where Jackson Hogg is providing an in-house resource to manage recruitment. That model of having somebody with the knowledge and expertise and the resources backed up by the whole Jackson Hogg team has been excellent.
