Group Health and Safety Manager – £45,000 + Car, Phone & Laptop | Field-Based Across the UK (mainly Yorkshire/Lincolnshire/North-East of England)
UK (Field-based with regular travel and overnight stays)
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

As they continue their ambitious growth journey, they’re now looking for an experienced Group Health and Safety Manager to lead H&S strategy and ensure compliance across their UK operations.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll travel between sites, engaging teams and senior leaders alike to drive a proactive, positive safety culture.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop, implement and maintain H&S policies across all locations
- Conduct audits, inspections and thorough risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and lead root cause analysis
- Deliver engaging training that fosters buy-in and long-term behavioural change
- Provide expert guidance to site leaders and teams
- Monitor and improve health & safety performance through KPIs and data
- A strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
- Experience across multi-site industrial, manufacturing or logistics environments
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications (or working towards)
- A collaborative, people-first approach with excellent communication skills
- Someone happy to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays
- Print/packaging industry experience a bonus – but not essential
