Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with internal colleagues and stakeholders to provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance
- Acting as first port of call for any HR related queries
- Updating company HR policies and procedures
- Keeping HR systems and processes up to date
- Employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, training and development
- Monitoring sickness, absence, performance management and employee engagement
- General HR administration and compliance
