Project Manager - HV

Exciting role for an experienced Project Manager with previous work in HV environment. Joining to lead complex electrical infrastructure projects in the offshore wind and energy sector.

We are recruiting for a commercially astute and technically confident HV Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-value HV projects including offshore wind cable installation and maintenance scopes.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for project planning, commercial performance, stakeholder management, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-project planning, budgeting, and scheduling

• Deliver scope of works in line with contractual and business objectives

• Manage all commercial aspects, including P&L and budget control

• Oversee project risks, opportunities, and cost management culture

• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Cost Control, Finance, and Project Resources

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

• Drive KPI performance and ensure accurate project reporting

• Promote a positive HSEQ culture and support audits

• Capture and share lessons learned across projects
• Identify opportunities for future work and service growth

Essential Experience

• 6+ years’ experience managing high-value HV infrastructure projects

• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership

• Experience working under HV Safety Rules

• Technical understanding of HV electrical systems (sufficient to coordinate SMEs and engineering teams)

• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments

• Strong risk and cost management capability

Desirable Background

• Offshore wind, subsea cable, or renewable energy projects

• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams

• Strong client relationship development experience
