You will be responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, creating campaigns that highlight transformative technology, and building strong connections with leading researchers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product and commercial teams, including positioning, messaging, promotional activities, sales collateral, training materials, and other programs to achieve business objectives in Europe.

Drive market development efforts, including voice of customer (VOC) initiatives and support for new and existing products.

Foster collaborations in hematology/oncology and cell & gene therapy, creating targeted marketing content tailored to these markets.

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing activities, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs, competitive dynamics, and technology developments.

Support business development initiatives, including customer collaborations and external partnerships aligned with strategic goals.

Build and maintain successful relationships with key European customers and partners to support early adoption of new products.

Partner with leadership and external agencies to develop brand identity, marketing collateral, and content strategies.

Create and implement engaging content across web, video, social media, print, and other channels.

Represent the company at field events and tradeshows as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
-
5+ years’ experience in product management, market development, or marketing in life sciences (or related field).

Proven experience marketing products to biotech and pharma companies.

Strong background in integrated campaigns and ability to translate complex science into compelling value propositions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Strong business acumen and customer-facing experience, with a track record of collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Understanding of marketing fundamentals (4Ps, segmentation, messaging, content strategy, channel mix, customer journey mapping, VOC).

Willingness to travel up to ~25%.
Preferred:
-
Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.

Experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS), single-cell genomics, or multi-omics solutions.

Candidates must be based in Europe.
