National Account Manager
Strategic National Accounts | Retail & Wholesale
We are partnering with a high-growth organisation seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead and develop key national retail and wholesale partnerships.
This is a commercially critical role with full P&L ownership, focused on delivering profitable growth, leading high-level negotiations, and building long-term strategic customer relationships.
The Role

Own and grow major national accounts

Lead annual negotiations across pricing, terms, and promotional investment

Build and deliver Joint Business Plans aligned to strategic objectives

Manage revenue, volume, margin, and trade spend performance
-
Identify growth opportunities through distribution, NPD, and activation
-
Provide accurate forecasting and performance insight
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class execution
About You

Proven success in National Account or senior sales leadership roles

Strong commercial acumen with full P&L management experience

Advanced negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills

Data-driven, strategic, and results-focused

Experienced presenting to and influencing senior leadership
