Flexible start times between 2:00am and 8:00am
8.5-hour shifts

Overview
Our client is a growing and expanding manufacturing business based in Ripon. Due to increased production demand, they are looking to recruit a Production Operative / Packer to support day-to-day manufacturing and packing operations. This role is well suited to individuals with previous factory, warehouse, or production experience who are comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Packing finished products in line with company standards and specifications
Manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily production activities
Operating basic production equipment where required
Palletising goods and preparing products for dispatch
Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure product consistency
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health & safety procedures and manual handling guidelines
Supporting general production tasks as required across the site

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a production, packing, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
Physically fit and able to carry out regular heavy lifting
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work to production targets
Flexible approach to start times within the stated shift window
Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience with pallet trucks or basic warehouse equipment
Previous work in high-volume production or packing environments
