Senior Accounts Payable - London
Jackson Hogg is supporting a fantastic Financial Services organisation in London on the appointment of a Senior Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities

Take part in the day-to-day expense accounting activities for our pooled funds.

Manage entries into both the sub-ledger and general ledger systems.

Process weekly payment runs, including payments to suppliers and related accounting journals.

Post monthly journals, including prepayments and accruals.

Set up and maintain supplier records in line with procurement policies.

Create and manage general ledger accounts, ensuring appropriate budget holder links.

Build good relationships and collaborate with internal teams
-
Produce monthly reports (MI) for senior management.

Support internal and external audits by providing relevant information and resolving queries.

Help the wider finance team with projects, process improvements, and other tasks as needed.

Experience & Qualifications
-
AAT qualification (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
-
2+ years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
