The Role
Reporting directly to the leadership team, you'll take ownership of all people-related activity across the business, including:
- Leading and developing the people strategy to support growth.
- Owning the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit.
- Managing employee relations and employment law matters.
- Coaching and supporting managers to build high-performing teams.
- Driving engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives.
- Overseeing HR systems, payroll inputs, benefits and people reporting.
- Building scalable processes, policies and frameworks as the business grows.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Head of People, Head of HR, Senior HRBP or HR Manager.
- Is CIPD qualified (or brings equivalent experience).
- Has strong employment law expertise.
- Is strategic in their thinking but equally happy getting into the detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Can juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
- Works autonomously and takes ownership of outcomes.
- Is commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
- Isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and do whatever is needed to get the job done.
