Our initial meeting will be to find out about your career to date and more about you to ensure when we recommend roles to you, they fit with your career plan. We can also look at a more strategic approach to finding your next role.

2: Share Insight


We love to share the knowledge we gain from doing our job. Our Consultants can share market information with you about salary trends, market insights and future career opportunities to help shape your career path.

3: Interview Preparation


Interviews can be daunting for anyone but we work with you to build your confidence whether that’s using mock interview techniques or providing competency based questions to practice with. We deliver detailed insight into the interview process and client requirements to fully prepare you for your interview.

Step 4

4: Interview Feedback


Interviews are a two-way street and feedback from both sides is equally important. Following your interview, we will schedule an interview de-brief to understand your thoughts on the job opportunity and the people you met. It’s important to us that we understand how you want to proceed with the process. We aim to provide feedback from the Client and arrange any next steps as soon as possible. There will be occasions where a Client doesn’t want to proceed but we aim to give you transparent and constructive feedback.

5: Offer Management


Your salary expectations and overall package will be communicated to the client during the initial introduction. We continually check expectations throughout so the offer process runs as smoothly as possible.

6: Post placement


We value the time you have spent working with us and want to continue to support you throughout your career. The relationship with Jackson Hogg doesn’t end once an offer has been accepted; we continue to provide you with market insight and career support.
