Customer Service Representative
Keighley | £28,000 | Full-Time, Permanent
We are partnering with a long-established, industry-leading manufacturer within the print and packaging sector. With over 20 years of growth and a reputation for quality, innovation and low environmental impact, this organisation continues to expand across its UK and global sites. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team at their Keighley site.
The Role
Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you will play a key part in supporting customers and ensuring the smooth processing of orders within a fast-paced print environment. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing your own accounts from first enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing and providing customer quotations

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Handling incoming calls and queries from customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Coordinating with production, planning and other departments

General clerical and administrative duties to support smooth workflow
About You
-
Experience within a print environment is essential

Knowledge of self-adhesive labels is advantageous, but other print backgrounds are welcome

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Confident working on your own initiative and taking ownership of your accounts

Clear and effective written and verbal communication

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment
