Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business goals
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing Communications Director to localise campaign strategies
- Lead and support a small, creative content team
- Manage external partners (PR, design, SEO/SEM) to ensure campaign quality and consistency
- Oversee communications for global brands, products, and partners
- Deliver integrated demand generation plans across paid, owned, and earned media
- Approve and create engaging content for web, email, social, and more
- Track performance and provide clear, data-driven campaign insights
- Ensure brand and message consistency across all touchpoints
- Support team upskilling in digital and e-commerce marketing
Skills Required
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in marketing campaign management, ideally in a global or matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of digital channels (social, web, email, SEO, paid media)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms
- Organised, analytical, and results-oriented
- Passionate about inclusive marketing and continuous improvement
