I’m looking to speak with experienced operational finance leaders for a newly created Head of Member Financial Operations role.
This position will carve out the member transaction and reconciliation activity from Finance and bring it under the Member Services function. You’ll be setting up the operation from scratch — designing processes, building controls, and hiring a small team (around four people).
It’s not a traditional finance role, but you’ll need a strong finance backbone — someone who understands reconciliations, sub-ledgers, and control environments, ideally from a shared service centre or transactional finance background.
