We’re working with a leading manufacturing company who are looking for an Internal Sales & Commercial Coordinator to join their supportive, friendly, and forward-thinking team.
There’s no sales or cold calling involved - instead, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, supporting existing customer accounts, processing orders, managing details through internal systems, and helping things flow seamlessly between departments.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the link between customers, account managers, and internal teams - making sure everything runs on time and to a high standard
- Processing orders, checking details, and keeping accurate records in company systems
- Managing stock, prices, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer service
- Supporting Account Managers with quotes, costings, and customer information
- Working closely with planning, design, and accounts to keep projects on track
- Taking ownership of your workload and supporting your teammates when needed.
- Someone with exceptional attention to detail - you notice the small things that others might miss
- Confident using systems and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own time and priorities
- A great communicator who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A supportive, close-knit team who look out for each other
- A solid training plan to get you up to speed with systems and processes
