Duties
- Reconciliation and processing of PO invoices
- Seeking approval and processing of Non-PO invoices
- Processing of employee expenses
- Following-up on supplier queries
- Supplier payments & employee expense payments
- Preparing proposals and reports in ERP system
- Uploading to online banking system
- Send remittance advice to suppliers
- Ensuring supplier payments are made on time
- Maintaining supplier master data
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Month End Processes:
- GRIR review and reconciliation
- Blocked list review
- Account reconciliations
- Aged creditor reporting
- Intercompany trade matching
- Payables cashflow forecasting
- Maintaining and reconciliation of Petty Cash
