Project Manager – Digital & Technology
We’re looking for a confident Digital / Tech Project Manager who thrives on momentum, clarity and delivery. You’ll run multiple web and digital projects for a mix of clients, working closely with developers, designers and marketers to get high?quality work over the line—on time and on point.
This is a role for someone who likes ownership, enjoys client relationships, and knows how to turn complexity into progress.
Hybrid working: 3 days per week from our office in Gateshead
- Take full ownership of multiple tech projects from kick?off to launch
- Build and manage clear, realistic plans covering scope, timelines, budgets and risks
- Keep clients confident through honest, proactive communication
- Run effective project ceremonies and status updates that actually move things forward
- Coordinate cross?functional teams (dev, design, digital) and remove blockers
- Spot risks early and deal with them decisively
- Ensure work meets agreed objectives, quality standards and commercial expectations
- Deliver concise post?project reporting with insights that improve future delivery
- 3+ years’ experience managing web / digital projects (agency experience a big plus)
- Strong grounding in project management best practices (PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar)
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital platforms
- Confident working with developers and translating technical detail for non?technical stakeholders
- Excellent organisation skills—you can juggle competing priorities without losing grip
- A commercially minded approach to delivery, scope and decision?making
- Experience with Jira and/or Dynamics 365 Project Operations
- Knowledge of Agile delivery
- Exposure to public sector or fast?paced agency environments
- An interest in mentoring or sharing delivery best practice
