The successful candidate will undertake a range of residential surveying services, including RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, residential valuations, New Build Snagging Surveys (where qualified), and specialist property inspections.

- Undertake residential valuations where appropriate.
- Conduct pre- and post-survey client calls to discuss findings and recommendations.
- Utilise modern surveying technology, including specialist software, tablets and drone technology.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and professional technical advice.
- Work closely with an experienced administration team who manage diary scheduling and appointments.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or be working towards Chartered status.
- Previous experience within residential surveying.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- A customer-focused approach with high professional standards.
Why Join?
Unlike volume-driven firms, quality takes priority over quantity. Surveyors are typically allocated just 6–8 inspections per week, allowing sufficient time to carry out detailed property inspections, produce high-quality reports and provide an exceptional client experience without excessive workload.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a fast-growing independent surveying practice that genuinely values its people and professional standards.
