Jackson Hogg are supporting a fast?growing e?commerce business based in Newton Aycliffe with the appointment of a hands?on Warehouse Team Leader.

This is a floor?based leadership role within a busy distribution centre handling thousands of daily orders. You’ll lead from the front, managing operatives across goods?in, picking, packing and dispatch, supporting productivity, accuracy, and on?time delivery.

The role suits someone already operating as a Warehouse Supervisor / Shift Leader / Team Leader who enjoys pace, visibility, and ownership in a performance?driven environment.

Benefits:

£32,500 salary
Full?time, permanent
4?day working week on a rotational basis
Busy e?commerce / distribution operation
Highly visible, hands?on leadership role
Strong progression and stability within a growing business

Must?Have

Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role
Experience in e?commerce, retail, FMCG or 3PL
Comfortable being on the floor all shift
KPI?driven mindset (productivity, accuracy, throughput)

Nice to Have

IOSH / strong H&S knowledge
Exposure to stock counts or inventory accuracy
Warehouse systems & scanners + basic Excel
