As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the finance function. You’ll lead the team responsible for cash collection and debtor management across the business. With an analytical mindset and a collaborative approach, you’ll drive accuracy, compliance, and strong internal and external relationships, helping to deliver financial success and sustainable growth.

- Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews and create detailed debt collection plans.
- Coach and support cash collection staff, driving improvements in debt profiles.
- Assist team members with queries and promote collaborative problem solving.
- Provide timely and accurate statements to clients as required.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and communication.
- Hold regular update calls with key account contacts to resolve issues and prevent debt aging.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely internal weekly reporting.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with credit check policies.
- Support audit requests and provide documentation as required.
