Jackson Hogg is exclusively representing a well-known and established manufacturer in the region in their search for a Reliability Engineer. Due to significant site growth and an uplift in work, there is a new requirement across the business. 
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join an exciting company with a range of bespoke and unique equipment. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting Production and Manufacturing processes and flows across the site and optimizing the outputs, be this through NPI, Line Optimization, Continuous Improvement or Line Modifications.

Role Overview

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will take ownership of all electrical engineering deliverables within multi-disciplinary project teams, from concept through to commissioning. 

Senior Electrical Engineer – Key Responsibilities

	Lead the execution of electrical engineering scopes, including technical specifications, control panel and MCC design, PLC/field equipment selection, and cable calculations.

Clean energy without limits

The organisation’s headcount plan was ambitious, and required an expanded recruitment capability to deliver it, but with varying recruitment volumes throughout the year, they needed a flexible solution. Geopura considered hiring an in-house recruiter, but the niche roles they were looking to fill, combined with the variability of their recruitment requirements and limited employer brand within the market meant that this solution wasn’t viable. They also considered expanding their use of recruitment agencies, but the unpredictable costs involved in this were difficult to align with their plans.

Geopura’s growth was starting to accelerate in 2022, but that came with its own problems

By placing one of our talent partners on-site, on a scalable basis from two to five days per week, we were able to optimise their recruitment process from start to finish and help them achieve their headcount plan. Our process started with an in-depth audit of their recruitment process, from job specification writing and job board usage analysis to interview technique and offer management. Senior Group Management Accountant

Duties & Responsibilities

Day to day book-keeping, cash reconciliation, the making of payments, and the preparation of month end management accounts for certain companies.

Supervision, management and leadership role in respect of management accounts team.

Review of monthly management accounts.

Management of the audit process.

Accounting for new companies as a result of group reconstructions, additions and disposals.

Distribution and presentation of financial reports to internal stakeholders.

Collating information for audit teams, responding to queries in relation to audit completion.

Act as finance business partner. Providing insight to develop the business and support its growth.

Liaise and coordinate with systems development teams to maximise and develop existing and new financial systems and processes.

Experience

Experience of cash reconciliation, making payments, book-keeping, financial systems, and the production of financial reports and month end close cycles.

Excellent interpersonal skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Diligent and reliable.

Good organisational skills and ability to work to, and ensure others work to, processes and deadlines.

Self-led with passion and drive to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded. Proactive, with a positive attitude, using initiative when completing tasks.
