Salary £24,000 - £26,000
I’m delighted to be supporting this growing company in their search for an administrator. This is a brand-new position and a real opportunity for someone to put their own stamp on the role. This company is set to grow over the coming months and so as the company grows, the role will grow! The successful candidate will be the main liaison between potential clients and the organisation.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- To be the main contact for client phone calls
- Booking the surveys for the surveyors
- Tracking the surveys per week
- Compiling all relevant documents in each client file
- Obtaining mileage claims each month and sending to the accountant
- Friendly, upbeat, pro-active
- Solid administration experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent telephone manner / customer service skills
