Salary: £25,000- £27,000
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Start Date: ASAP

We’re currently recruiting 2 Customer Service Advisors on behalf of a leading company in Barwell, known for its innovation, strong ethical values, and environmental focus. Whether you’re just starting out or already have experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and thriving business.
About the Role:
You’ll be joining a busy customer service team where no two days are the same. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working as part of a collaborative team. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is welcome but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries by phone and email
- Process customer orders quickly and accurately
- Handle complaints and issues with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and team targets
- Support data entry tasks including updating weekly stock sheets

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A friendly and proactive approach to solving problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
