Job Summary
An established housing organisation in the North East is seeking a Building Surveyor to join its Major Structural Defects team on a permanent basis. The role involves managing a variety of surveying tasks, including structural and fire damage works, as well as supporting damp and mould investigations. Key responsibilities include leading insurance-related repair projects, managing contractors, and delivering high-quality technical surveys and reports.
Candidates should hold a degree in Building Surveying or have significant relevant experience, along with strong knowledge of CDM regulations and excellent communication and customer service skills.
