About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will help build and nurture a strong sales pipeline by engaging with target organisations that value collaboration and innovation. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, managing early-stage sales processes, and supporting account development.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and research new business opportunities and provide market insights

Make first contact with decision-makers via calls, emails, and social media

Develop and nurture accounts through follow-up activities

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers

Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective actions

Provide account management support as required

Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system

Report on account development and pipeline progress

Support wider sales and business activities as needed
Skills and Experience
-
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Telesales, with track record in prospect identification and cold outreach

Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is desirable
-
Degree level or equivalent is a plus

Confident in cold outreach and developing networks of customers and influencers

Excellent communication skills

Agile, adaptable, proactive, and customer-focused

Able to work independently and as part of a team
